AWIMA Montenegro was established with a clear mission: to promote the professional achievements of women in maritime affairs, encourage networking and knowledge exchange, and provide support for personal and professional development. Through education, mentorship, and collaboration, the association works to create a more inclusive, visible, and connected maritime community.
As a board member, our CEO actively supports initiatives that highlight the contribution of women across all maritime sectors—from yachting and shipping to port operations, management, and maritime education.
